What does Adiós Chao mean?

Practice Version

Adios Chao:
Bye! Bye!. Adios chao. "Adios" and "chao" are Spanish words used to say goodbye.
Example:
“¡Adiós, chao!” means “Bye! Bye!”—a cheerful double farewell. Picture someone waving with both hands: one hand says “adiós,” the other says “chao!” And “chao” sounds like English “chow,” so imagine heading out for lunch: “Bye-bye—I’m off for chow!”
