It's raining. Llueve. "Llueve" means "it rains" or "it's raining" in Spanish.
Example:
Llueve means “it’s raining.” Picture yourself stepping outside just as the clouds unleash a waterfall: “You ever wish you’d brought an umbrella?” The start of “you ever” sounds a little like llueve (“YWEH-beh”)—so imagine those words dripping off your nose as you dash for cover. Llueve: the sky has turned on the shower, and you’re still fully dressed!
