What does De Dónde mean?

Practice Version

De Donde:
From where?. De donde. "De donde" is the Spanish equivalent for asking "from where" in English.
Example:
“¿De dónde?” means “From where?” Picture a curious airport detective pointing at your suitcase: “De departure was… WHERE?” That’s your memory hook: de means “from” (think departure), and dónde means “where.” Put them together and you’re tracing someone’s journey backward: “¿De dónde eres?” = “Where are you from?”
